Membership questions not working?

Have had nearly a dozen people in the last two days say their membership questions are either not showing or they are unable to input their email. This would make sense as to why I'm getting only HALF of those who join the group to fill the two questions out.

I have heard that the submit button remains greyed out. And it doesn't allow for email input. This is while logged into Skool and usually on mobile.

Pretty urgent. This creates a massive amount of work chasing down members. Would love for this to be a dependable funnel, right now its not.
