Members Like Farming To Get Level 2 To DM Members

Finally launched a free group and found 2 people having a conversation under a public question and thought that was odd. Then I found out from another member that they were DMing him trying to sell.

Turns out they posted exactly 5 times and liked each others posts so they would get to Level 2. I'm a brand new free group and they are already committing that amount of time to spam my members.

Any way to push DMing to level 3? Or make that a feature? I know it sucks but want to protect my group.
