Maybe I’m wrong…?

Maybe I’m wrong but do you ever feel like most people watching IG/TT/YT posts are just trying to find the ones they already agree with? Like, at first I thought most people really wanted to be educated but the more time I’ve spent on social media, the more I’ve begun to feel like the majority of users are just looking to find videos that confirm the beliefs that keep them comfortable. In attempts to avoid anything challenging or thought provoking to where they may have to do 180 perspective shifts or try something uncomfortable. 💭 💭💭

Anyone else notice this or find it interesting?
