I have already reached out to support but would love for this to reach someone asap.
We have had multiple people come to us over the last few weeks saying that when they try to join our community, they enter their name and card details but the purchase button is greyed out. They can't actually buy.
We have asked them to try different cards to see if this will help, it doesn't. The only thing that will work sometimes is for them to jump on to a laptop or desktop and purchase this way (if that works for them)
Is anyone else experiencing this and how do we fix it? We don't want people being turned away from joining.
