How to set tasks to level up?

Hi all- I’m new here so learning the ropes 😀

I can see how to unlock courses at a certain level but can’t for the life of me work out how to set other tasks. For example I’d like to level up my community to level 2 when they introduce themselves. Can someone point me in the right direction here please.
