How I increased engagement in my community - Try these
- Make sure once you send a welcome message have a question in it asking about THEM
- Once they join send a personalized voice message/Loom video (Take a minute to look at their account and other group memberships)
- Follow up in the messages with inactive people, often times they have something going on in the life and they are not just ghosting you. Send a cute GIF, my favorite is the waving bear
- Have weekly coffee hours with the audience to connect
- Try some monthly challenges, and reward the people who engage the most. Maybe the top 3? And have a minimum of 20 or more points required to win (if you have no courses, give away $50)
- Have a welcome post and ping/tag the new members there (I do this twice a week)
