"Good Problem" TOO MUCH Engagement....People At Level 9 in 3 months!

So I started my first free group in early February. We've grown to 5K members, and many of the guys are super active. Like 1400 activities a day active. And they're 100% legit, real people who just like to talk about style and self improvement.

Anyway - I had my first guy reach level 9 today. And there are a dozen more coming up behind him who will reach this level here soon. So how to keep them engaged past level 9? What more is there to shoot for? Can we go ahead and create a level 10 at 100K points please!
