Funnels, Stripe, and Cancellations

Hey guys, I need some help regarding my funnel and Skool.

Is anyone using Clickfunnels and selling a subscription plus upsells in their funnels?

The challenge I’m having is I can sell the subscription and my upsell and auto-invite the user into Skool all through CF, Zapier, and Stripe. But the cancel feature doesn’t connect to my stripe so some people have cancelled through Skool and then email me for a refund.

Has anyone experienced this?
