Exact time when someone joins or leaves a community?

Right now admins can only see the day that a person joined or left a community.

It would be very useful to see the exact time (HH:MM) as well since it allows promotions and deadlines to be run more accurately (e.g. "join by this day and time to get this bonus"). Maybe even a feature where the time is displayed if you hover your curser over the date they joined/left.

Unless there is a way to see the time when someone joins/leaves, in which case please tell me lol
