Email capture

Hey everyone, im new to Skool, so far i love it. I noticed when i go i to members section and click on the gear of a member, SOME have emails listed, others do not. Its important we capture all emails. Does anyone know why some emails are not visible to the creator? As far as i saw, skool require email to join
