Declines being more of an issue than cancels?

Looking for feedback from others. If they’re experiencing the same thing if there’s anything you’re doing to combat it? I assume churn would be more from people simply canceling their subscription. I’m finding it more People are having their cards declined? Is that normal? Is it because they’re using Prepaid credit cards? I just find it odd that people don’t have room on their credit card the next month.
