churn data
Hey guys quick question.
I just started my new paid membership which I'll be launching May 1st,
and wonder how to track churn.
I see that moving my mouse from the 1st of the month to the 30th I'll be able to see the gain or decline in total members, but that will mix data of new added members, and lost ones.
So if I have 10 members to start, sign up 10 more, but the 10 initial cancel, my churn will seem like only 0% but it will actually have been 100%. (or 50% depending when I calculate it)
Am I explaining myself good enough?

(I love the simplicity of all of this, but SOME more date would be really useful 🙏🏼)
