Is there a plan to add a "Cancellation Trigger" to the Zapier integration. (I'm pretty sure this was requested many times in different ways but I want to do it again as I think it's very helpful)
This feature would allow us to automate workflows when a user cancels their enrollment or membership in a course or community.
Currently, Zapier offers triggers for actions like new paid members and answered membership questions, but it doesn’t have a trigger for cancellations, which can be very helpful for managing subscriptions, communications, and other automated tasks related to member lifecycle management.
Having this feature would enable users to:
- Trigger workflows when someone cancels their membership.
- Automatically update CRM systems, email lists, or other platforms when a user unsubscribes or leaves.
- Keep data and automation flows more up-to-date and aligned with member actions.
I believe this addition would greatly improve the functionality and flexibility of Skool's Zapier integration.
