Broadcast delays?

Seems there can be significant delays sending out broadcast posts currently? I posted ~40m ago including a broadcast - still not received. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes, sometimes it takes 2 hours, which makes it not useful for time sensitive stuff. Can you guys improve capacity or throughput here?
