Best Practice for Graduates of a Program?
Hi there!
We have a lifetime program, but at the end of six months, the student graduates and loses access to the chat feature.
For Student Success purposes, that individual has access to chat with us after that six month period due to Skool limitations (I believe). We have made them update their bio to "Budgetdog Academy Graduate" for now although not the best solution.
Is there a way to turn off chat at a certain point after they had access? Or a better way to signal they are graduates?
