When your peeps have a good experience and good results they stay and they tell their friends.
Peeps will stay longer in a space with a good experience with iffy results than they will in a space where they get the desired result but the experience sucks.
In the community centric biz model, the culture you build and experience your peeps have within your community space is directly correlated to your ltv, engagement, and churn.
