Hey hey what’s poppin‘? 😀

I am reaching out to address a concern that has recently come to my attention. As a member of a payed community, I've always valued the content and connections made there. However, I was surprised to notice a charge to my credit card for the monthly community subscription fee, approximately two weeks after the community was officially archived.

Given that the community has been archived and, as I understand it, is no longer active, I am puzzled about the continuation of these charges. I would appreciate clarity on whether it is the platform's policy to continue billing members for access to an archived community.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response, as I believe this issue not only affects me but potentially other members of our community as well.
