Any ideas for in-house games/activities with prizes to boost engagement?

Brainstorming on ideas to get people in my community (instrument pilot and instructor training) to more actively participate, bring in resources, content, and ideas.

I would like my members to curate their own courses and resources to share with everyone, but I'd like more ideas on how to incentivize them most effectively.

Ideas?
