Feature Request: Admin remove access of one-time purchase

Use case: Use classroom one-time purchase as an X-time service (for eg. 12-month coaching package for $999). After 12 months, the admin can't seem to remove access of the course.

Would be awesome if we can remove their access, and so they can renew. Or better, a built-in renewal for recurring payment of one-time purchase in classroom (this seems a bit complex).

So if we can at least remove access to allow for re-purchase, that would be good enough.

P.S. Creating a new course and ask them to repurchase doesn't make sense as every member purchase/renew at different time.
