Accessible community scores at a glance in profile

Hi team, I tried to describe this last time (see image), but this is easier. Instead of drop-down menus to look at individual scores on each community, can it just show that info upfront at a glance?

So I can see mine. And I can see others.

When people try and pique for stuff I can see they are active in at least one community or if they just come off the street try hustle me sh*t, like.. get your move on, bruh.
