Accepted without answering questions

Guys, have you ever accepted anyone into the group even he/she did not answered your questions?

If yes, what's your experience with those people?

The reason I'm asking is because I personally believe next:

1- Everyone deserves a chance.

2- People are lazy.

3- People often need time to share feelings/experiences

4- People don't like to be questioned

Reasons could be plenty.

Would love to hear what you think.
