Connecting and expanding

Good day all. I am new to the group and happy to start learning and connecting. I am an investor in Massachusetts. My wife and I own a commercial and residential property and are looking to expand our portfolio. My goal is to replace my w2 income with residual cashflow.

From this group and this platform, I would like to learn creative ways of financing deals and also connect with private money lenders to fund deals. I'm looking forward to this journey.
