“Find your passion” -GaryVee
You are powerful.
First you must recognize your power, are you just going to be a consumer and chew on what ever the trend says is cool? Or are you going to individualize your experiences and help others by inviting new tastes and experiences without prejudice. Respect yourself first and if it’s not for you, own that prejudice. The self reflection of putting someone down you don’t enjoy will shape empathy as trendsetters are also disengaged by your music. Own your choices don’t make excuses to fit someone else’s narrative. You’re really great but you need to stand up for yourself and lead by example. Entrepreneurship is not fancy!

Step 1 - Trust yourself!
Own your reality, your vision of success or the path to success should be incredibly specific to your tastes and passions. The belief in your self to challenge others and push them to follow your vision takes guts and while you might be fulfilling a dream, The technicians you employ are seeking professional results and any poor judgment on your leadership could effect them professionally. Be transparent, and respect your choices as you envision them, when u work with your heroes you might feel intimidated to challenge them but this is your moment so if you see something, say something, it will be much harder to resolve later.
