Once you have established and created your training routine, I highly recommend that you take on the 30 day Beginner's Challenge!
For the next 30 days in this channel
- Create a post with the title being what day you are on and what training you are doing (example: Day 1 Pull)
- Tell us how your workout went and add anything you would like
- This is optional but include a photo/video of you doing a set in your workout to show us you are actually putting in the work
- If you miss a day, add 2 days onto your challenge. (Remember rest days also count in the Challenge)
