I used to hate Mondays, until I discovered this weekend ritual
Did I mention I used to hate Mondays... like really hate them???
That Sunday night dread?
Every. Single. Week.
Until I tried this one weekend ritual.
Here’s how it works: Every Sunday morning, I grab my journal and write down 2 things.
1️⃣ Something I’m proud of from the previous week.
Big or small. It could be crushing a presentation, or even just hitting the gym.
2️⃣ Something I’m excited about for the week ahead.
Maybe it’s a new project, or just grabbing coffee with a friend.
This 5-minute ritual rewires my brain to end the weekend on a high note
It completely changed how I feel about Mondays
Now I say TGIM!!
