What happened to the GPT-4 "browsing beta" option?

It was there (added to Plus on May 18th)(woohoo!)....

And then it was taken away (by July 4th-Dangit!) (supposedly bc iOS users were abusing it. Nahh!)

But....then I thought I read that it had returned. Did I dream that?

Q1. Is it back? If so, how do I turn it back on?

Q2. If not back, there must be a plugin (using ChatGPT Plus) that somebody recommends instead?
