"Verify Your Identity" unable to complete logon to Chat-GPT4

I must have accidently turned two party authentication on for ChatGPT-4 (Plus). Now when I try to sign in it wants to send me 6 digit code to "Verify Your Identity." Unfortunately, I didn't set up an Authenticator app or account beforehand--and my ChatGPT email is not a gmail account. Sooo, I'm stuck. I'm running the ChatGPT app on my iPhone, but it's the app and not the website. I can't see how using the iOS ChatGPT app I can disable TPA. Any help would be appreciated. For now, I'm locked out.
