Hey everyone! I can't believe another year has almost slipped by! We now have over 11.3K followers/users. This platform can be your best place to learn about AI and all it can do. I know a lot of you are brand new to AI technology and don't understand how it works. I have answered so many questions that can easily be answered by ChatGPT so this is a helpful tip. If you have a question about what prompts to use, what are the best programs that AI has to offer, ways to use AI, etc. Here are the most helpful tips I can give you. ASK CHATGPT! You will be amazed at the answers it will give you if you type in the same question you asked on this platform. To get the best possible answer remember to include the following in your prompt: #1 - give it some context, #2 - give it examples #3 - tell it what level of information you want back, for example, for a beginner to understand, for a 5th grader, etc. #4 - be specific with your request; remember it can't read your mind (yet...LOL). #5 Tell it the type of output you are seeking; bullet list, LinkedIn post, social media post, bar chart, etc. And finally, ask it to give you step-by-step instructions if you are looking for a specific way to do something. You can also tell it to check its work if you are asking about a math problem, tell it not to hallucinate, tell it to cite sources if you use it for research, etc. If you do this, you will be way less frustrated and learn the power of this technology. I use it every single day and have built multiple GPTs to help me in my work. It has truly been a game-changer for me. I work in the cannabis and research industry and have used it for content creation, comparing certificates of analysis for cannabis extracts asking it to show me a bar chart of the results comparing the plant compounds, I use it for formulations for products we are developing, I ask it for names for products, along with 100 other topics! It can save you hundreds of hours for your job if you learn to use it correctly. I hope this helps you all and happy learning!
