Need Prompt for Quiz Questions

Hi All-

I'm trying to make a quiz as a lead magnet for my website using chat GPT. I already got as far as the quiz name and the 5 outcomes.

However, I'm stuck with the actual prompt for the actual questions.

In my mind, I'm looking at this quiz like an old-school do-it-yourself personality quiz. Each question has multiple choice a, b, c, d, e related to the outcome. People pick their choice of letter, and at the end, it will tell them if they are majority to, let's say{ b} - they are charismatic.

What is the most efficient way of doing this? Does anyone here have experience with this particular task?
