Hello, I come from Belgium and I would like to launch my chatbot agency.
I'm looking for feedback.
Have you been running for a long time?
Are you able to find customers easily?
What are your strategies that work best?
Being in Belgium, I am looking to learn from you because you are much more advanced than us in that!
And my biggest question, do you think we should specialize in a specific niche like hotels for example? Or is it better to contact as many companies as possible?
