Best way to feed Excel Tables to Chat GPT?

Hello AI users.

What is the best way to feed excel spreadsheets into ChatGPT?

I've asked him the same question and he says CSV data split by semicolon is fine, but I don't think that's the best approach as he gave me some pretty poor answers even using ChatGPT 4.

I'm trying to feed him the data from the attachment (this is just an example, the whole list has 600 entries) so I can ask him a question later like "take this description and tell me the most appropriate MDF code".
