Automation Question
I have a client who is requesting a lead be pre-qualified by SMS and/or Voice using AI automation. Once the lead is qualified, it is immediately pushed to a human sales/appointment setter rather than booked with the automation. Does anyone have experience setting up this as a workflow? Thoughts? Thanks again for the help!
