Tonight I was writing an article about why someone should use a Real Estate Expert in today's unpredictable market (US). I used some material from ChatGPT 4 with Browser and some material from Bard. Then, of course, I wrote about a third of the article myself. I then ran the article through AI Detector Pro. 98% AI, it said! Yikes! I clicked on the "Report" and was astonished at how the app dissected the article, defining which parts were definitely AI. The color-coded breakdown is going to be very helpful in reversing the roles. I like to be at least 80% Human.
