🔺 We complete this as a group. Meeting 3 times per week
🔺 Miss a meeting, record a video and we analyze it
🔺 Step by Step guidance from Coach Jeff & Coach Meredith

🔺 FREE with Annual Membership [Normally $499 and going up to $999 after Jan 2 Cohort]
