This week’s challenge is all about practicing what we covered in the online classes! 💥

Do the sequence on both sides—from Queixada, Armada, to Meia Lua de Compasso.
The kicks don’t need to be perfect on both sides, nor does the sequence. What’s important is to try at your own level, slowly and safely.
