Hey Everybody!

It's Monday and a great week to lock some deals up! A few things to remember this week.

1. Make sure you are calling your leads as soon as they come in. If you have any question on if it's a deal or not please reach out to us or make a post right here. We are here to help!

2. FOLLOW UP FOLLOW UP FOLLOW UP FOLLOW UP! The deals are in the follow up! PLEASE take time to call all your leads back and set a date to follow up with them again. You have deals on your lead sheet you just have to be consistent in your follow up!

3. COMMIT! You gotta decide that you are going to do this and not give up! Commit to the process! You are trying to get your first deal but you wanna be in this for the long run. It's all about learning and gaining the experience to build a business around this. Don't lose sight of that! Don't get discouraged. It took me 8 years to get a deal and as long as you stay consistent you will have a deal within a few months! Just keep sticking to it!
