Hey guys, we got a deal done today. It was a crazy one. It was too older people that was separated, but wasn’t divorced and the ex-wife had took out a loan on her own after leaving the husband in order to buy her daughter a house and the husband wanted her to pay that loan off out of her half of the proceeds And then the buyer after we got closer to closing one of the 5K reduction so we had to go back to the seller and get a 5K reduction, which is crazy that we was able to get that done that close to closing at the end, we learned a lot dealing with a complicated transaction was still able to get it closed relatively quickly and we walked away with 20k deal. On this one, we didn’t list it because they needed to close so fast we use one of the buyers that we are already found from previously selling properties. The buyer was a clown as well because they went out to the property and was talking to our seller, which made it even harder on us. But at the end, we was able to get the bar to stop talking to the seller and we was able to take charge and get this deal. Done shout out to
