We all know that process is important. If the knowledge only exists in YOUR head about how to run aspects of the business, you're going to be shackled to it until the day you retire, burnout, or die. No fooling.
But a process that's unstructured word vomit is just as useful as a non-existent one (meaning: not very). How do you get the process conveyed in a way that makes sense and frees up both you and your team to do amazing things?
