I’ve managed over 140 single-family home rehabs, acquired more than 1000 properties for private equity firms, and analyzed over 3000 homes across various channels like auction.com, wholesalers, and the MLS. I’ve even overseen a $56+ million apartment project as a superintendent.
More recently, I’ve been estimating commercial projects from $10,000 to $3 million and was promoted to Business Development, working with some of the largest QSR, grocery, and retail companies in the country.
