In this video, I’m building an AI Voice Assistant for AAA Roadside Assistance. There are going to be three main components for this automated voice agent. This first will be capturing request details. For example, locating where a customer needs assistance and collecting their first and last name. Once collected, this data will be sent to Google Sheets to track all requests. If we connected to an actual fleet system, we would want to assign each request to the closest available fleet vehicle. I built an AI Voice Agent for Lay’s Chips to replace the customer service phone number on food packaging. This AI will handle complaints, answer questions, and escalate urgent issues, all automated with AI. This will use Google Sheets to store complaints, feedback, refunds, or replacement requests as a central hub to manage all inquiries. This will also involve emailing the callers and following up with their inquiries. The refunds and replacements will search an order database to verify their purchase and provide details as to when to expect their refund or replacement.
