Week 1 Wrap-Up and What's Next

Hey hey, Devon here. Just relaxing this weekend and got to thinking about the 1st week closing out. We started The Breakroom, basically from scratch, less than a week ago. So I wanted to recap and share my thoughts on opening this group up to more people.

So far we’ve really just been setting this place up. We’re focused on making a space where our founder friends, and maybe their friends, can hang out and share what's up in their business. In order to do that we want to start helpful conversations. After seeing Matt open his ad account, I'm planning to do the same.

We're working out a points system to reward sharing of real nuggets or asking smart questions. The hope keep this place filled with insights and real talk at all times. We will likely do giveaways to top points earners and we’ll be locking up some of the content in this group until you reach a certain level of engagement in the group to protect sensitive information from those that aren’t willing to follow the rules. This would be later on down the road.

Some of next weeks goals for me are:

Drop more nuggets (like Matts lifestyle vs flat-lay video)
Improve the onboarding videos experience
Record some of our meetings to give you a peek behind the curtain.

We appreciate folks joining us from the start of this community. We hope it becomes a go-to spot for day to day hangs and motivation.
