Hey there, I'm Matt Fracek with Nature Backs

Hey there, I'm Matt Fracek, CEO/Co-founder of Nature Backs and the other person helping try to make The Breakroom a cool place for all of us to hang out!

I live in Northwest Arkansas with my incredible wife Aly and basset hound named Willow. I started the world of business by flipping smart phones in college and then eventually switched to building a fairly successful clothing brand inspired by something I’m passionate about - nature.

Not really wanting a normal job in college I had some success buying and selling cell phones to make ends meet. It was great financially, but I soon realized that passion matters more than money. So, I took a step back, evaluated my interests, and found my love for nature and the outdoors.

That's when I decided to create a clothing company that reflects my passions. Most of everything I know was built through the 8 years of working on Nature Backs. Since 2016, through trial and error, I learned all sorts of valuable lessons about building a brand without any external funding.

Throughout the years, I've witnessed the e-commerce landscape evolve, presenting new challenges and opportunities. Networking and collaborating with like-minded individuals, such as with Devon, have been so valuable in navigating these changes.

This group, The Breakroom, is what it’s all about - sharing insights, collaborating, and inspiring others on the entrepreneurship journey. So, sit back and join me as we explore this exciting world of e-commerce together!
