I am having issues being able to focus to achieve small goals in a day please what can I do to beat this challenge

is working out in the house with the comfort of knowing where everything is better or going to the gym better as there will be less distractions? i am wondering which one is better as i work alot.

I'm a 26 years old Nigerian, I am a electrical electronics engineering graduate from University of Port Harcourt in Nigeria, I graduated since 2021. I started crane operator training 8 months ago, I'm yet to do my national youth service corps which is mandatory in my country as a graduate. I'm not done with my training but I see job opportunities for electrical engineering and I am without the national youth service corps that qualifies me should I put the crane operator training on hold and go for the national youth service corps or continue with the crane operator training and put my national youth service corps on hold.
