Sleep is something that's DEATHLY important, and is 1/3 of our life
So you MUST be taking it seriously, especially as a BJJ, or wrestling athlete, for recovery, and general health reasons
So here's your action step, comment below the amount of hours you get in bed each night CONSISTENTLY, and if there's any struggles, I'll come help you out!
