UGC Contract For UGC & Business Owners
I highly recommend using a contract if possible. When they're small jobs, under $500-ish, you PROBABLY don't need them, but better to be safe than sorry.
I have put a contract that I sell on here. UGC Content Creators and/or Business Owners can use it and revise it to meet your needs.
