Meal Prep
Hey y’all, just wanted to share my first couple meal prep ideas! Keen to hear some more meal prep suggestions.
For the beef mine meal prep (647 cals)
  • 1kg 90/10 beef mince seasoned with mingle taco seasoning (across the 3 bowls)
  • uncle Ben’s Mexican rice (1 packet across the 3 bowls)
  • 2 large truss tomato’s
  • 1/2 extra large cucumber with the seeds scraped out
  • 80g of cottage cheese (each bowl)
For the overnight oats (681 cals)
  • 80g oats
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 8g chia seeds
  • 10g almonds
  • 13g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g blueberries
  • 1 tbs of honey on top
I also have included my food matrix which is quite handy when coming up with ideas (especially for breakfast!)
