Hey y’all, just wanted to share my first couple meal prep ideas! Keen to hear some more meal prep suggestions.
For the beef mine meal prep (647 cals)
- 1kg 90/10 beef mince seasoned with mingle taco seasoning (across the 3 bowls)
- uncle Ben’s Mexican rice (1 packet across the 3 bowls)
- 2 large truss tomato’s
- 1/2 extra large cucumber with the seeds scraped out
- 80g of cottage cheese (each bowl)
For the overnight oats (681 cals)
- 80g oats
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 8g chia seeds
- 10g almonds
- 13g pumpkin seeds
- 25 g blueberries
- 1 tbs of honey on top
I also have included my food matrix which is quite handy when coming up with ideas (especially for breakfast!)
