7/8 Update
New genetics from Terrestrial Fungi are growing beautifully - 4 master culture strains growing faster than expected.
2 strains (Mound 4 #4 bx2 #5, Mound4 bx7 - 49fz #8 x #6) are growing slowly but should be good to expand in a day or 2.
Expanded LC:
6 1500ml Mason Jars inoculated
3 - Mound4 #4 bx7 #8 x mound4 bx4 #4
3 - SV #8p x mound4 bx4 #4 (silicone injection port fell off during LC withdrawal, contamination possible)
Bins made:
Hades 4212 # 1x2 - 12 bins (15 qt)
1100ml Spring Water
11d 10ml
Harvest:
4 bins from 5/18 (H546 # 2x4) (waiting to upload fresh weight until all 9 bins are harvested)
5 bins from this date/strain to harvest tomorrow, as well as some hades bins from the same date. Will update fresh weights tomorrow and post dried weights on Thursday when the freeze dryer run is complete.
