This is our private group coaching community. To get great results, you need to be in a place where fitness is the focus and you're surrounded by others who can support and motivate you.
What You Get as a Member:
- 2-3 live lessons every week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:30 PM EST.
- 10 to 15 minutes of Q&A time after each lesson to ask questions.
- Access to all lesson recordings to watch anytime.
