It's been a while since I have posted because I have been busy making the course! I'm really happy with how it's coming together & once I have finished making the 31 videos I will turn my attention to plugging it. Sober October is Coming!
I will be launching my '31 Day Alcohol Free Follow Along' THIS Sunday (29th September). I'm starting early because I want the course to be available for anyone to start, any time in the year on any Sunday. This allows us to get a few reps in before being faced with your first weekend! Stay tuned x

Welcome to Be Sober AF!
When I first decided I was going to quit drinking (even for a fixed time) I was plagued with fictitious conversations about how my friends would react and what people would say. Would people try to peer pressure me? Would my friends stop inviting me on nights out? Would I be deemed as 'boring'? ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ If you've thought about quitting drinking or taking a prolonged break but haven't managed to take action... what's the ONE biggest thing that holds you back?
