It's Sunday, which seems like a logical day to do some self reflection on the week, and see where you can improve for the next 👍
My thought for the day. Stress is something that is of our own making…. So avoid any potential catastrophes by slowing your mind down today.
Yoga and meditation is ideal to help you slow down, when a lot of exercise is so uplifting and energising, it doesn’t often help you sleep. Yoga and meditation, plus getting organised on a Sunday is a sure fire way to have a more productive and effective week.
Plan out your schedule and make sure you make time for your meals, exercise and down time.
Check in with yourself, set some positive intentions, and get your week planned ahead.
Take care of you first, then, you can be there for your family and perform in work. I hope you make the upcoming week fantastic!
